These policies apply to cloud and dedicated server hosting provided by 11519654 Canada Inc., doing business as CenterServ.
Your order identifies the service, physical server location, resources, price, billing period and applicable service commitments. Renting a server does not transfer ownership of its hardware or infrastructure. Customers retain their rights in their own data and content.
No cloud or dedicated server plan includes automatic backups. Customers must maintain independent, recoverable backups and renew their services on time. There is no guaranteed data-retention or recovery period after service expiry or lawful termination.
